Our studio spaces can be raw shells, allowing you to imprint your own vision on the area, or can benefit from a fit out that has been designed by award winning architect Sarah Featherstone. In some studios there are mezzanine levels to take full benefit from the double height that the design affords, maximising the available space and creating a dramatic design.
Plug and Play
Every studio has a high speed Internet line offering up to 100MB. Heavy duty concrete floor panels provide easily configurable plug and play computing solutions, while providing studios with an industrial aesthetic. Naturally tenants can soften the impact and lay additional timber flooring or carpet tiles, if you don’t wish to work directly with the modular panels.
With sleek, understated interior lights, coupled with highly designed fixtures and fittings throughout, our studio spaces present an extremely professional image. The facades are fully glazed and allow the best natural daylight to flood in, whether you work at a desk, tripod or computer screen. Full height glazing also offers a high impact visibility for retail and leisure. Should you wish to have a bespoke fit out for your studio, we have a range of units that are in shell condition with services capped off.
Studio space is generous, ranging between 3.5 to 5 metres from floor to ceiling. Coupled with the full height exteriors, this provides a wonderful opportunity for dynamic studio spaces.
We have studio spaces available for rent from 500 to 10,000 sq ft, starting at £275 per week. Located close to Holloway Road tube and the buzz of Holloway Road, our studios can be used for A1 (retail), A2 (financial / professional services), A3 (restaurants), B1 (studio /office), D1 (training / educational / medical) or D2 (leisure).
